Strategic Keynote: Chhay Lim
Designated Deputy Director, Center for Southeast Asian Studies (CSEAS)
A Fulbright Visiting Scholar at George Washington University and an award-winning researcher recognized by the Japanese Prime Minister’s Cabinet, Chhay brings over five years of deep engagement in the foreign affairs think-tank sector. With a background spanning the UN Development Programme, Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, and the Royal Government of Cambodia’s Spokesperson Unit, he provides a sophisticated look at Cambodia-Japan relations and great power competition. Chhay is fluent in Khmer, English, and Mandarin Chinese.
