She joined Microsoft in 2017 and has held roles spanning University Recruiting, Engineering Recruiting, HR Business Management, and HR Generalist/HR Business Partner support across ASEAN. Katherine brings a strong blend of operational rigor and strategic partnership, with a focus on inclusive cultures, leadership development, and scalable people practices. She holds an MBA from Trinity Business School and is a firm believer in building careers and organizations aligned with purpose, growth, and impact.
